Also, a read message only shows the time it was read rather than the time the message was sent which can be confusing. **What problems is Voalte Messenger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication between multiple disciplines throughout the hospital. Easy way to communicate with staff without having to walk around looking for them or calling them unnecessarily. ### 2.
