I was looking for a long time for something that would be simple to set up and use and would not cost a fortune. My client needed help with his computer and every time something went wrong, he was paying $100 to get a tech to come out and show him things. Not too many dislikes but one was, we had a trial license running to test, once we wanted to go through and complete the purchase we had to go through all the computers and reup each one. Also, connecting to the VNC licenses login via an RDP is not just a double click, you must jump through some hoops to get there but you eventually do. It would be great if cost was lower. Because of cost, you have to use it strategically. If you do not think through properly about your intended use, the upfront costs can be high. The ease of setup for the VNC platform was very helpful and really easy. I also am really appreciative of the way that the cross-platform connectivity allows me to work. I find that sometimes that Speed can be an issue. Connectivity between the client (or user) and the host (or server) computer can be slow. Other times I have had connectivity issues where a host (or server computer will not allow a connection, and requires someone to physically make a change to the host(or server). I usually have problems with their password systems since I have to set several passwords to be able to try to access the computers remotely. Their cost is expensive since they have several plans registered that are not very beneficial and the time they propose is very little at the price they offer.
