Prior to Broadcom support was very helpful in the one or two times a year it was needed. **What do you dislike about VMware vSphere?** Near total lack of support since Broadcom took over. An example is we are having difficulty with HCL sync and suspect firewall. We can enable DRS, which performs Vmotion automatically during bussiness hours without any impact. I can now put hosts in maintenance mode if I am doing upgrades during bussiness hours. **What do you dislike about VMware vSphere?** There is a learning curve associated with gaining expertise in VMware Vsphere, so it takes time to train new people coming into the technology. Additionally, the licensing costs associated with certain advanced features is on the higher side and for smaller organizations it goes out of budget. **What problems is VMware vSphere solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vmware vSphere addresses the challenges faced by our logistics company, by providing a hosting environment for a multitude of on premises applications which helps with pickup, delivery, loading, unloading of the shipments. The seamless scalability of vSphere allows for dynamic resource allocation as per changing application demand. It provides realtime data on the CPU, memory, storage and network usage helping us keep our infrastructure running smoothly. ### 47.
