UI is not bad, UX is also average. Best integration in the market, and performance among the top. However, the price is too steep, and Support is restricted to Partners. While AI isn't a priority in infrastructure, using AI in vSAN operations can be benefitial. **What do you dislike about VMware vSAN?** The most "worst" aspect of vSAN is its cost and the addition of AI. While AI can be beneficial, it feels bloated. As for the cost, the features and performance do not justify the price increase, as competitors offer similar (if not better) products. **What problems is VMware vSAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** vSAN built the bridge between hardware and software. As the Software Defined Storage pioneer, vSAN leads the pack in terms of features and integration. ### 2. Its ease of use is great, especially when it comes to configuring storage pools and being able to allocate that to host it on our system. It makes managing storage across multiple hosts pretty simple. **What do you dislike about VMware vSAN?** The biggest issues for me really just boil down to support. I feel like it's been a little bit tricky to get responses from VMware to fix issues.
