Once set up it offers good integration with github and creates a very fluid workflow. Not restricting who can change status puts the delivery status of a task in the hands of those doing it, and does not require admins to oversee every step. It is a really complete application, even using the free plan. It has tools for teamwork and enables in our case the daily management of reported bugs. It has statistics and metrics, as well as a very useful dashboard. I like how the blockers work and tie together across boards, learning how to use Pivotal was straightforward, I do like that there is progression through the cards, but it would be nice if these could be customizable. It's difficult that there isn't a way to archive cards (the recommendation was to use the milestone feature and add an archive section), you're limited in the number of people you can add to a card, you can't create sections in the Icebox (use milestones again here), and you can't revert an epic once a label has been made. The Github integration doesn't always work and I haven't been able to connect more than one board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
