Being into consulting business, we deal with a lot of clients and their respective teams. It is a daunting job to keep track of multiple projects with multiple clients and teams. If I had to pick a downside; after years of using tools like Asana and Trello, Pivotal's UI could be a little warmer/friendlier but it's aesthetic is barely a factor.
