The best part of this solution is the customer service provided. Having to utilize this as an emergency in 2021, the customer service at VMware helped our team utilized this service and save hours of time and money by avoiding downtime. The recovery service running in the background helped us lose minimal data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much to dislike about VMware disaster recovery because it is an easily adaptable solution for your team. The only downside is possibly the cost for large organizations - but you get what you pay for and the customer service at VMware is worth a larger annual cost!
