LogInsight can parse OpenStack logs to separate the considerable amount of log noise from actionable items. Flexibility for deploying and managing virtual machines. Full-fledged documentation for self-learners within the organization. Quick to build and set up. Easy to maintain. Highly secure. **What do you dislike about VMware Integrated OpenStack?** Public, Private cloud distribution work more efficiently but it needs huge time to setup according to your infrastructures requirement and same time we need for the upgrade of service or product. Management of containers should be more simple as it is one of the most useful feature. High availability can be made better. Third party integration plugins and packages can be difficult to integrate sometimes,it needs specific domain knowledge and expertise. GUI of Horizon can be extended with almost all features like in CLI. Not much VMW support expertise for Openstack, It's a little frustrating... **Recommendations to others considering VMware Integrated OpenStack:** Validate the deployment in small scale first. Limit the number of nodes provisioned at the same time. Increase the response timeout for Heat API calls **What problems is VMware Integrated OpenStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's used for its many functions offered by the software, storage of information necessary for the management of my company to make them unique to our users through a data center system that has the design in its extreme virtual privacy. Systems could be replicated in multiple regions, ensuring availability and streamlining transactions at the customer level. We have executed a large number of projects from essential services such as the network to microservices. ### 2. This particular product needs a few minor fixes that will bring it up to standard. Openstack does work with our internal software within the branch simulateneously. **What do you dislike about VMware Integrated OpenStack?** I dislike the technical support wait times, as well as the lack of knowledge that support has. VM needs to retrain support on common Openstack issues. **Recommendations to others considering VMware Integrated OpenStack:** Verify with your IT that it’s compatible. **What problems is VMware Integrated OpenStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** With openstack we no longer have to be in the office and branch to access basic functions. It works hand in hand with our VPN remotely.
