**What do you like best about VMware Integrated OpenStack?**

The VM suite is amazing. This particular product needs a few minor fixes that will bring it up to standard. Openstack does work with our internal software within the branch simulateneously.

**What do you dislike about VMware Integrated OpenStack?**

I dislike the technical support wait times, as well as the lack of knowledge that support has. VM needs to retrain support on common Openstack issues.

**Recommendations to others considering VMware Integrated OpenStack:**

Verify with your IT that it’s compatible. 

**What problems is VMware Integrated OpenStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With openstack we no longer have to be in the office and branch to access basic functions. It works hand in hand with our VPN remotely. The benefit of being able to work away from the office is a major pro.
