I am a final user of VMWare desktop as a service and I like that whenever I need new software, update, or permissions for an application or database the support team can assist me remotely from a native central console of all the user's desktops. As an end-user working with sensitive data, it is always a concern of the superpower of the centralized administration of desktops as a service. When you have an error in a critical desktop application or a virus, the desktop as a service can do a recovery of the damaged application and keep the business continuity. I do not like how this system "jumps" around. There needs to be a program update to allow mass actions with adjustment approvals, and the adjustment process. This could be improved on. I used VM Ware at my last job and it was great for remoting into computers at the office when employees were working from home. What do you dislike about VMWare Horizon DaaS? I do not have have many dislikes of this software. It is very easy to implement and has improved my productivity at work by 20% as it is easy to integrate and use with other platforms that reduces my time and i can easily retrieve it back. It is creating a lot of bugs maybe due to recent update that is leading to quite less efficiency and has created a lot of trouble to my team.
