**What do you like best about VMWare Horizon DaaS?**

I do enjoy the technology that this system has to offer.  There are many add ons that do help to make our job much more streamlined and efficient for cash collections.

**What do you dislike about VMWare Horizon DaaS?**

I do not like how this system "jumps" around.  There needs to be a program update to allow mass actions with adjustment approvals, and the adjustment process.  This could be improved on.

**What problems is VMWare Horizon DaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system is especially helpful when it comes to sending our secondary or tertiary claims.  VMWare Horizon is smart enough to fill in the pertinent information to make our lives easier.

**What do you like best about VMWare Horizon DaaS?**

Can move the machines without any issues 
Floating pools, dedicated pools and cloud pod arrangements are less problematic.
Easy to troubleshoot with VmAdministrator console

**What do you dislike about VMWare Horizon DaaS?**

Page refresh setting each and every time we have to manually refresh the page after doing a alteration or update. It would be better if it's updated automatically after a task initiation.

**Recommendations to others considering VMWare Horizon DaaS:**

Yes it's a good call since it was very easy when it comes to migrations and maintenances

**What problems is VMWare Horizon DaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Protocol issue , multiple console feature
And licensing cost. We can drastically reduce the licensing cost with using floating pool arrangements for workers who comes on shift work. Can utilise the resources
