I really like the user-friendly UI of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF). The complete infrastructure and the networking component are fantastic. It gives complete integration with all the different cloud providers, which is a big plus for me. I never have to understand or interact with SDNs or software-defined networks, making it super straightforward when I'm deploying the same infrastructure across different workloads. By consolidating everything onto a single platform, it streamlines both hybrid and multi-cloud operations. Once the initial setup is complete, the system proves to be impressively stable. The SDDC Manager stands out as a significant time-saver, taking care of upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management tasks that would otherwise consume a lot of time. I also value its seamless integration with existing identity systems like Active Directory and SSO, which strengthens security and simplifies access management. While the setup process can be somewhat tedious and the platform isn't without its flaws, once it's up and running, it eliminates much of the repetitive work. It simplifies a lot the heavy lifting" 2.5/5 What do you like best about VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)? One thing I really liked was how VMware Cloud Foundation handled the workload deployment. With my team, we used it to set up a consistent, secure environment across multiple clusters for different departments. The built-in automation made it easy to roll out vSphere and NSX configurations without manually touching each host, and that saved a ton of time and reduced errors. It helps me solve the challange of managing separate infrastructure components, brings everything together in one platform like computing, storage, networking and security.
