There are a lot of things wrong with Vmaker. I'm not sure how it got 4 and 5 stars so far, but it's not worth it. I needed it to record some training sessions I went through. The longest one was 4 hours. After 3 weeks it's still not uploaded to the platform. I have 5 or 6 other videos shorter than that, but still very important, which I needed immediately. I am so disappointed. They should not advertise that the video length is unlimited when it's not. It's not worth it at all. I paid $10 for the Starter Plan. When I saw that Vmaker is not working for me, I went ahead and signed up for Loom, which you can try for free for 2 weeks (something that Vmaker doesn't offer). I cannot explain just how huge the difference is. The videos are uploaded instantly, even if they're 4 hours long. Plus, it's $8, not $10. I feel like I was ripped off, but in the end it's my own fault for not doing my research and just going for the first ad showing in Google search. I pointed out the fact that the videos are taking too long to upload. I have great internet speed to this shouldn't be the case: a 4-hour video should not take weeks to upload. Customer Care has tried to meet with me, but I was training all day. Now it doesn't matter anymore. They should be able to fix the issue from the inside, not expect the customer to meet up with them when they're available to try and figure out why the video is not uploading.
