We have had quick and high quality support along the development process, at launch and afterwards as we have started to fine-tune. The product is easily integrated into Hubspot, is easy to teach and use and has been greatly appreciated as a wonderful step-up from our previous method of an advanced Excel method. Previously we had an advances Excel file where our salesforce made calculations for their product proposals. When customers went "off the beaten path" the advanced features needed to deal with those instances quickly became overwhelming for some salespeople. VloxQ allowed us to make these complexities smarter and automate some of the steps to get the right result. Also, the online nature of the product allow us to always have an up-to-date regestry of customers, products and prices. In the Excel version that had to be loaded in monthly and was prone to errors.
