"Vlocity Communication app review"

What do you like best?

Strong Telco industry tool to handle the complex telecom scenarios for order management, billing, complex account hierarchy and more impotantly the complexity in configuring telecom products

What do you dislike?

Not much details provided in Vlocity documentation for DataRaptor and Omniscript and no website like Salesforce trailhead for self learning

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Defining Telecom specific business process on top of Salesforce application where we are able to use Salesforce excellent features but not limiting any telecom processes which is enabled by Vlocity CMT on Force.com platform
