With the few issues I have had while using this product, the customer service response far exceeds my expectation. This is not a motivating job and an additional cost for the organisation. Vizito keeps our employee's, very intuitive setup process, wireless options for printing, works with Apple and Android tablets and most of all, makes it easier on our receptionists. When saving changes in the admin console, I have experienced that some changes take a while to push to the tablet you may be using. It can be tough when you are on the spot troubleshooting.
