Vizarto is an AI-powered recruitment platform built for both sides of hiring — job seekers and employers — across India and the USA. For employers, Vizarto eliminates the manual screening bottleneck. Post a role and receive an AI-ranked shortlist of the most qualified candidates within 48 hours. The platform covers the full hiring pipeline: sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and post-interview assistance — all in one place. No more reviewing 300 resumes to find 3 good fits. For job seekers, Vizarto ends the application black hole. Our AI matches candidate profiles to live roles based on skills, experience, salary, and location — then routes profiles directly to employers actively hiring. Candidates see their match score before applying and receive feedback when they don't match. Key capabilities: - AI match scoring for candidates and employers - Full pipeline: sourcing to post-interview - Direct profile routing to hiring managers - Interview scheduling built in
