It's easy, free and very simple to use. I appreciate that there were no paywalls, no required downloads, and I was able to access the transcription i needed easily and quickly. This was my first time using Vizard but I'm sure to be back. There's a lot of other transcription services that have paywalls, limits on file size of video, you have to have a certain amount of credits or download software.
