**What do you like best about Viz.ai One?**

I love the scalability part of Viz.ai One. It allows my small team to scale our outreach by executing thousands of automated calls simultaneously. This scalability is really well done. The system also helps with automation, particularly in handling routine outbound calls and text flows, which dramatically reduces our cost per contact while meeting our outreach targets faster. The floor builder feature is also great, as it lets us map conditional paths for customer interactions, making handling customer responses much more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Viz.ai One?**

Yeah. So although the tool is very powerful, the initial setup phase requires significant time investment to properly script the path and train the AI to handle varied customer intent accurately. Also, some areas like back-end UI could be improved, especially around data flexibility, such as making it easier to download detailed upload logs and offering more granular control over analytics.
