**What do you like best about Hero?**

Having used Hero, I’ve found it exceptionally effective at quickly organizing the key points I need to address with customers and proactively suggesting the best next steps.

It also prepares partner-requested contracts with impressive speed and accuracy. On top of that, it leverages previously shared email lists to deliver highly customized outputs, making it incredibly convenient to use. Overall, it has significantly reduced the time I need to spend on day-to-day tasks and improved my overall efficiency.

I also find the pricing to be highly reasonable and competitive. Whenever any issues or errors arose, the customer support team was proactive in arranging meetings and responded promptly and effectively.

Although I haven’t yet had the opportunity to use the online meeting support feature, it is something I’m genuinely looking forward to trying.

**What do you dislike about Hero?**

I am totally satisfied with the functions so far.

**What problems is Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI agent has been incredibly helpful in supporting my sales strategy and customer engagement efforts, offering valuable insights and clear direction across various situations. By leveraging its recommendations, I’ve been able to respond to customers more efficiently and with greater confidence.

Overall, it has enabled me to save a significant amount of time while delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience.

**What do you like best about Hero?**

Hero saves me a lot of time that I’d normally spend preparing for sales calls or going back through call notes. It does the research and summarizes calls on my behalf, which is especially helpful when your sales cycle typically stretches over several months.

**What do you dislike about Hero?**

Sometimes the system takes a long time to generate an answer, and it can end up timing out the page and forcing me to quit. I also don’t like that I can’t move documents out of Hero into other software, or access training documentation that has been uploaded directly. Lastly, even though my team is expected to use Hero to answer product functionality questions, the responses are often incorrect. Because of that, it isn’t a reliable source and, in some cases, it creates more confusion than it’s worth compared with simply researching the answer through traditional tools and resources.

**What problems is Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often have many sales opportunities open at the same time, working with different salespeople, and each process can take months to fully complete. Hero solves my problem of not always remembering which topics we’ve already discussed or what matters most to each buyer. It also saves me time when I need to generate materials like recap emails and follow-up information, because I can give Hero the basic details and it will put together an eloquent message for me.

**What do you like best about Hero?**

I love Vivun for its simple layout, which streamlines my work and makes navigation intuitive. The robust filtering and reporting capabilities stand out remarkably, allowing me to handle my data with precision and ease. Additionally, the swift initial setup was impressive, facilitated by the Vivun team who were promptly available to assist us in developing the most crucial features tailored to our needs. These aspects significantly enhance the efficiency of our sales engineering team, helping us track open pipeline, deliverables, and product gaps with clarity and support.

**What do you dislike about Hero?**

I find it a bit rigid in how Vivun allows filtering certain data. The filters seem to be out of the box and less customizable compared to other products and toolsets on the market. This rigidity means I have to put in a bit of extra work to get to the end result I'm looking for.

**What problems is Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vivun to track pipeline and product gaps efficiently and link revenue to those gaps for development. It offers a simple layout with robust filtering and reporting that streamline the sales engineering process.

**What do you like best about Hero?**

As a company we're shifting to an AI first selling methodology – using as much AI as we can, wherever we can. Ava is important tool for a subset of our sellers as we look to accelerate our sales cycles and empower AEs with product knowledge. We're not replacing our SC team, but we recognize that sellers need to level up and self-serve with technical, competitive, and strategic on-demand content. Those same sellers need to capture and communicate more details at a deeper level. Ava is helping us accelerate sales support, discovery, scoping, and value delivery.

Our SCs are now more of a strategic resource, with our AEs using Ava to own conversations that they previously would have had to bring in additional SMEs to support. Downstream those same sellers are now having deeper, more impactful forecast conversations internally, with added depth from our Gong and Salesforce context, personalized for our business through our brand/product content.

Ava was easy to set up, effortless to train, and was able to immediately make sense of our existing brand guidelines, product knowledge, and strategic/competitive narrative. Integration with Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite was a matter of minutes.

**What do you dislike about Hero?**

It's a newer tool in a nascent space – there is always room for improvement and feature evolution. However, Vivun is innovating quickly and is transparent about product philosophy and direction/roadmap.

**What problems is Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By giving sellers instant access to product knowledge, competitive insights, and scoping details, we're shortening our discovery and value gen sales stages. That translates directly into faster deal velocity and reduced time-to-value for prospects. AEs can self-serve answers to complex questions (from technical to competitive) without requiring an SC or other SME. This builds confidence, speeds up customer responses, and improves the overall buyer experience. Our SCs and SMEs can remain strategic resources, freeing up time and cycles for impactful work across the business.

**What do you like best about Hero?**

Vivun consistently blows me away with not only the way they think, but the speed at which they deliver features and requests. Vivun has changed the way we operate and think as an org. 

As it relates to Ava, ignore everything you think you know about Ai or Agents in general. They've literally changed the way an Ai can and should operate and I continue to discover new things that are possible. As an elevated training user, I get the opportunity to shape Ava's core memory for our org, and one of the most impressive things with this has been the fact that she evolves on her own without me having to tell her. She will proactively offer suggestions or changes to core instructions or things I've asked of her and they're good suggestions. She's definitely the assistant I never knew I wanted, but every single person we've rolled this out to eventually has this "aha" moment where across the board we all now say we can't live without her.

**What do you dislike about Hero?**

Nothing that I can honestly think of. There's a few things that are unique to our org that have made adapting ourselves to their mode of thinking/operating, but many of these are self inflicted problems.

**What problems is Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ava and their core VivunAI platform are enabling us to get to buyers quicker and speed up the time our consultants are spending on things like buyer prep and research. VivunAi has opened new lines of communication within our org and it's giving us a seat at the table, especially when it comes to forecasting.

**What do you like best about Hero?**

It has been remarkable to see Ava accomplish what we never would have thought possible in primarily intellectual space of technical pre-sales.  I love that we can treat her like a new hire, trainer easily and then her capability is then immediately scalable to an infinite number of sales opportunities

**What do you dislike about Hero?**

I think we just need Ava to have a little more focus on understand the pre-sales technical stages or areas of focue and then and provided guidance and prompt suggestions in those areas.  Right now, leveraging the power of AI to its potential is a learning curve for most people.

**What problems is Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ava is helping us make sure are lending our pre-sales resources on the right things in the right ways.  The right things are qualified opportunities and doing the deep thinking that is necessary to win in today's saas software sales environgment.  Ava helps us make space for that.

**What do you like best about Hero?**

As a Sales Engineer, it allows us to understand where a prospects pain points are based on conversations AEs are having with the prospect.  Ava is able to pick up news/events but also calls/emails which simplifies the process.   It also allows us to be able to be brought up to speed.  Along Ava helps post demo to understand what if there were any outstanding/pending action items required.

**What do you dislike about Hero?**

Nothing really, it is really easy to use

**What problems is Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us with client information that we don't always get from AE.  Ava summarizes the information and ensures I don't have any missed gaps before the initial converation with the prospect.

**What do you like best about Hero?**

Ava's ability to quickly learn and adapt messaging to the request was amazing.  Connecting to gong was quick an easy and the suppot the team provided was top notch. They were always willing to listen to improvements or feature requests.  Every time I would pull up an answer in Ava one of our subject matter experts would announce that the answer was better than what they were going to respond with.  

With Ava I instantly had a presales (or ever sales) enablement function, a subject matter expert in anything we sold, and a new SE buddy to make sure the next steps/processes had answers.

**What do you dislike about Hero?**

In its early form, you had to manually upload each document individually. I would be nice to point it to locations where the information lives and dynamically add it in rather than doing it manually. In fairness, this may have already changed.

**What problems is Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deep product knowledge was a major impact. As mentioned previously, Ava gave better answers than our subject matter experts.  But just as important was the "how should I followup" questions. By integrating with Gong, I would ask things like "Based on my last conversation with X customer, what should be my strategy for following up with them?"  "What products did they seem interested in the most?" "What is our POV process and when should I start it?"  So process and go-to-market questions were a boon that I wasn't expecting.
