It has proved invaluable to my company in connecting healthcare professionals with jobs that offer them the best pay, benefits and location to match their experience and desires. **What do you like best about Vivian Health?** The ease of navigation and the ability to connect with people across the country that I would never have the chance to work with otherwise. The website is very userfriendly and helps me to have the chats saved for my own reference later. **What do you dislike about Vivian Health?** The website sometimes lags and innacurately reports the response time and ratio. Sometimes the messages are also delayed to appear and that makes it seem like we're ignoring the candidates. **Recommendations to others considering Vivian Health:** For any recruiting company, I would recommend Vivian for greater visibility and increased lead flow to grow the business! **What problems is Vivian Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bridging the gap between employer and employee.
