ViveoAI is an AI voice receptionist for dental and other healthcare practices across the UK and Ireland. It helps busy teams answer calls, handle routine enquiries and capture appointment requests, during busy periods and outside opening hours. Founded by optometrist Sean Higgins, who brings 25 years of healthcare experience, ViveoAI is built around the practical demands of running a practice. Meet Fiona: a natural, conversational receptionist designed to handle interruptions and background noise. Choose from a range of voices and accents, with responses tailored to your practice’s services, opening hours and workflows. ViveoAI provides administrative support, with agreed escalation instructions for clinical or urgent enquiries. Appointment booking and other actions depend on your configured, supported integrations. Built with data protection in mind, ViveoAI helps practices reduce missed calls and give their reception teams more time for the people in front of them. Try Fiona’s live demo on our website.
