I really like the onboarding software. It is easy to use once you have it set up the way you like it. Customer Support is great for onboarding but not have good luck with payroll paycheck stubs. Payroll is fine but having issues making changes to our check stub its been over 3 months waiting for them to implement PTO time on paycheck stub. Still haven't had it resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful feature is that Vivetium and our CSM/Scheduling tools work together. This has saved us a lot of time when doing payroll. We also love the onboarding; it allows us to show ourselves as professional and organized. Viventium was straightforward to set up and integrate with our workflow. Some of our new hires have had problems finishing the onboarding process. They will get stuck and can't complete the forms. It may primarily be a user error, though. We want to be able to message our employees directly through the ESS portal, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. It would be nice to send out a message with each payday. I am a small business and wear all the hats, so to have a partner like Viventium is immeasurable. The software is easy to use and whenever I have questions, there customer service team is outstanding. Only once did they not have the anwer at hand, but responded same day with an answer. At one point, they did appear to have a labor shortage, so it took longer to get help, but that definitely seems to be long since resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Viventium. I have access to support that responds quickly and the training videos they sent are perfect. The software is also very customizable specifically for my needs. Viventium consistantly meets the needs of the company. From the report builder which is highly customizable, to the mobile app which allows our employees to access their pay history, it is a modern and easy to use platform for each stop of the Payroll process.
