I'm pleased to hear that there is nothing you dislike about Vivantio currently, but if this changes please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly on dan.armitstead@vivantio.com and I'll be happy to support you in any way that you need.

"Ideal for our needs"

What do you like best about Vivantio?

Very easy to navigate and extremely customisable, it is constantly being changed by managment to fit our business needs.

Reporting features are excellent.

New team members are able to pck up how to use Vivantio very quickly.

Very rarely stops working and when it does, it's back up and running again in no time at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vivantio?

Classic is missing some good features of Flex (ticket watching).

Can sometimes be very slow to update pages.

Refresh/update time of ticket numbers is several mintues behind (can show 0 pending tickets but when you click in, there are several).

Admin side can be a little overwhelming and not always clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Nicola Elliott of Vivantio

What do you like best about Vivantio?

They are a good balance when it comes to the cost-to-benefit ratio. We use it across many business and IT teams on a daily basis. Aside from situations caused by employees, the system is genuinely very stable and quite the workhorse. Is it the best? No, but it's darn good at what it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vivantio?

Email to ticket integration could use some work. It goes from top to bottom, which is fine, but if it dies it starts from the top again. There isn't a method in the UI to change the order either, but I think there is something for that in a future version if I'm not mistaken. Assuming that is implemented, or general handling of that integration is improved, that would go a long way for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dan Armitstead of Vivantio

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to review Vivantio!

It's great to hear that Vivantio is servicing multiple teams across your business. The stability of the platform is something we pride ourselves on, so I'm glad you're feeling the benefit of this too :)

You're quite right that there are enhancements to the UI customisation coming very soon, in early 2024. The email to ticket integration is also undergoing enhancements during 2024, so please keep an eye on our release notes, or even better - shoot me an email directly and I'll be glad to chat these enhancements through with you and show you our product roadmap, you can reach me on dan.armitstead@vivantio.com.

Thanks again for leaving us such a great review, we really appreciate it!

What do you like best about Vivantio?

Being able to trace tickets through their life cycle and keep colleagues accountable to actioning their assigned outstanding tickets/tasks.

Being able to add our own Ticket types is a big positive for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vivantio?

The search function - I'd like to just search for anything Vivantio can find that relates to my keyword, not to have to choose a ticket or task first (leading to duplicate searches if I don't find anything in the first ticket type). Could the quick search at the top be utilised for more than just specific ticket/task numbers? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dan Armitstead of Vivantio

Hi Nicola,

Thank you so much for taking the time to review Vivantio!

It's great to hear that the tool is providing valuable insight of your customers' issues and experiences, as well as improving accountability for tasks and easy navigation and retrieval of historical data. We pride ourselves on the ability of Vivantio to enhance business's customer experience journey, and I'm so pleased to hear of the positive impact this is having on your excellent customer service.

Regarding the search function; I'm pleased to advise that the feature you need is already available within your Vivantio. Within our Home tab there is a Search button which allows you to search for keywords across all system areas.

If there's anything else I can do to help please don't hesitate to reach out to me on dan.armitstead@vivantio.com.

Thanks again for your review, it is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Dan

What do you like best about Vivantio?

Vivantio is easy to navigate and very helpful especially when there are issues inside the workplace. There's no need for physical interaction. I also love the fact that we can put attachments as a proof of an issue or request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vivantio?

Honestly, it is already 9/10 for me. But since there's no perfect system, I would just say that sometimes, vivantio keps on logging out but it's bearable and very secured since we're using authenticator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
