What I liked most about Microsoft Viva Insights is the idea of a new type of service, which promotes combating worker fatigue throughout the workday. This tool allows you to better manage your time and give more or less importance to certain daily tasks such as Teams meetings. If I'm not mistaken, this idea comes from the Productivity Score Tool, a tool that was not very successful. The use of this tool is not complex, you simply have to explore and try out each section a bit to test its usefulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although the utility is not complex and only requires dedicating some time to understand its use, most users (non-admins) do not know the tool, are not very sure where to access it from, and only recognize it as the tool that sends them X daily emails showing their usage with Microsoft applications, Zoom, and other compatible tools. Therefore, in my opinion, the biggest disadvantage is having to make the tool known to users and encourage them to use it. One of the best things is setting up focus time for you to complete your tasks. It does allow me to meet 1:1 with my reports and Manager. This is much needed to have a complete view of your team and take them to a right direction Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no major dislikes. However, the following areas must need additional focus

* Many times it is losing tracks on follow-up

* Maybe MS planner or Task can be integrated

I would suggest to Microsoft to allow this service as a free in all plans, as it will help employees to manage their work very concisely.
