**What do you like best about Viva Goals?**

The UI is very compelling and the system can easily be integrated with Microsoft teams. It is ideal tool for digital entrepreneurs as it has very great features such as work flow and chart view.

**What do you dislike about Viva Goals?**

It is sometimes hard to share goals with someone else. Only modern SharePoint sites can be viewed. It is not mobile friendly. The platform is sometimes slow which causes frustration.

**What problems is Viva Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing concrete data collected by tracking the progress of my employees. It is providing solution that aligns company goals by connecting team to our organization's strategies
