The open ended questions provide too much room for variability. It is not truly anonymous, when responses can be associated with verbiage and process of elimination from survey takers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The format is simple but effective. I also like the tracker at the top to show progress. On the back end, the data is super helpful for gauging employee engagement, program effectiveness and progress from previous surveys we have given our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
