Vitruvi has significantly enhanced our ability to monitor work in real time and with great detail. It allows for the creation of multiple work items for the same elements, facilitating continuous progress tracking. The platform supports desktop reviews of completed work, enabling the rejection of substandard work. Consequently, contractors are required to meet our quality standards before receiving payment, ensuring evidence of quality workmanship is submitted. This approach has notably reduced the necessity for post-installation audits and the correction of defects, fostering a right-first-time system.

Some of the functionality like timesheets has not received much development and is therefore not fit for purpose. Also the help guide is sometimes lacking information on how some of the functionality works. It has taken much longer to implement the system than expected. How adaptable the system is. It can be edited and tailored in to the way we want with scripts. For instance it's quick intergration with Vetro another GIS system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The current issue we are seeing relates to the loading of data. It is very limited to a certain number and once it exceeds a certain number it becomes harder to use the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All our data is in one place so eliminates the need for multiple excel trackers.

Updates shouldn't be able to be missed as all work is claimed for through Vitruvi which encourages build partners to submit work.
