Every account gets a public profile page listing disciplines, languages, cities, services and prices, published in a directory that consumers browse and book from without creating an account first. The booking page and the calendar behind it are the same system, so availability, services and prices are never out of sync. Who it is for Vitena is multi-disciplinary and is used by dietitians and nutritionists, dentists and dental clinics, physiotherapists and rehabilitation practitioners, psychologists and counsellors, beauty and aesthetics practitioners, child development specialists and other health and wellness professions. It is built for solo practitioners and small teams, typically one to ten seats, who need proper client records and scheduling without enterprise software or an implementation project. Core capabilities Client records with full history, documents, notes and custom forms. Appointment scheduling with availability rules, a public online booking page and automated email reminders. Structured session notes and treatment or meal plans. A service catalogue with per-service pricing that can be published as a public price list. Declared insurers and contracted payers that clients can filter by in the directory. A front-desk screen with a waiting-room display. Payment, prepayment and outstanding-balance tracking per client and per appointment. Digital informed consent with versioned templates, electronic signature and a signed PDF archive. Discipline-specific tools All disciplines share the same core, and some add their own: meal planning with a food and recipe database for nutrition, a tooth chart and treatment planning for dentistry, and home exercise programs for physiotherapy. Disciplines are enabled per account, so a multi-disciplinary clinic runs one workspace instead of several. Client-facing A client portal on the web plus an Android app, where clients see their appointments, plans and shared documents. Two-way Google Calendar sync keeps the practitioner's own calendar current. Languages, hosting and pricing The interface is available in seven languages: English, Spanish, Turkish, German, Dutch, Ukrainian and Portuguese. Vitena is used primarily across Europe and Turkey and is hosted in the European Union. There is a free tier that does not expire, and paid plans are seat-based and billed monthly, starting at EUR 15 per user per month with no setup fee and no long-term contract.
