I still receive outage notifications but now they are much less frequent than before. **Recommendations to others considering Vitelity:** Be wary of the constant outages that seem prevalent in the Vitelity network. **What problems is Vitelity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the enhancement requests involving the portal have been implemented making navigation and overall ease-of-use better. In addition, they are working on their network to improve reliability. ### 2. No one reached out to let us know of any available changes. ### 3. Ordering vanity numbers is easy. The new portal is smoother and works on cell phones. **What do you dislike about Vitelity?** The fax back service was not reliable.
