I hope to see it more in the future because it is easier for all parties involved and eliminates a lot of the back and forth or "phone tag" that has become synonymous with reference checks. **What do you dislike about Vitay?** The only con to Vitay is that you are at the mercy of how much the reference includes. You can't catch tone and other small nuances if the reference is filling out the form on their own.This isn't specific to Vitay, it is a given whern it comes to reference checking software. The pros outweigh the cons, but it is something to consider. **What problems is Vitay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vitay all but eliminatesd reference check phone tag, which can be a huge part of the hring process! Having that taken care of is very valuable and adds a lot of time back into my day. ### 3. Quick reference responses help psuh things forward quickly in my position. ### 4. The turnaround time on completed references is great and we receive the same quality of responses (or better!) as we would have via a phone call with a fraction of the effort! We love the automated follow ups and reminders to candidates/referees, plus the fact that we can easily export the reference documents to improve consistency of record keeping. During our peak recruitment season, we often have a high volume of candidates to reference check and being able to do a bulk upload of candidates to check simultaneously has been very much appreciated as well. **What do you dislike about Vitay?** The form used to set up the reference checking template is okay, but sometimes limiting in terms of functionality, however, they are very open to feedback and suggestions to help make things easier. **What problems is Vitay solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have seen a huge savings on time and manual work for recruiters, faster responses to references (most references completed within 24 hours or less), and equivalent or higher quality responses to references because it is convenient to provide the responses and respondents also have more time to put thought into their feedback. ### 15.
