VitalScheduler builds the schedule for physician, NP, and PA groups and residency programs: call, shifts, clinics, and rotations. You describe your rotations and rules once: day call, nights, clinic, 7 on and 7 off, whatever your group runs. Each month you open requests, everyone is emailed, and providers mark vacation, CME, days they'd prefer off, and days they want to work. A constraint solver then builds the whole month in under a minute. Hard rules are never broken, requests bend only when they must, and anything you lock by hand stays put. The scheduler sees who hasn't entered yet, can paste requests that arrived by email and confirm them one person at a time, and after each build sees which requests were met. Providers see their shifts on their phones, subscribe a calendar feed (Apple, Google, Outlook), request time off, and propose swaps, with a warning before a trade breaks a rule. Nights, weekends, and holidays are balanced by FTE in the background, a Holidays page shows who worked each holiday by year, and a report counts any date range. Export to Excel or PDF, or import the spreadsheet you use today. Residency programs and other groups with work-hour limits can turn on caps for weekly hours, days off, continuous duty, rest after long shifts, and call frequency. The generator treats them as constraints, and the report cites the rule behind each one. No patient data is stored, by design. Free for 30 days, no card: pick a specialty preset, add your roster, and see your first month in one sitting.
