If they were able to deliver on everything that they promise, this product would be great. Reporting is good and, in a vacuum, the UI could be nice. Product is disjointed, new UI is VERY confusing, support (specifically Engineering) is sub-par. Instead of spending cycles chaning your logo colors, you should improve the product that is already released. We're very concerned about their ability to scale in the enterprise space. Difficult to navigate any of the data sets that you decide to integrate. The thing that I like the most for Vitally is the ability to send emails and capture email correspondences within the software. The templates are easy to create as well. However, we can just use gmail to send emails and you can just copy and paste text into other emails, so I've stopped even using this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Vitally? This system is a pure nice to have. The design of the interface is confusing and it's hard to find anything because the text is really small and they try to jam pack everything into one screen and it is really busy. I often create notes and tasks without hitting save. The flow of certain events in Vitally just aren't intuitive sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
