What do you like best about VisualVault?

Visual Vault has completely changed out mail processing for the better. The fact that is houses all of our mail in one place and allows us to sort and distribute as necessary makes our mail process much more streamlined.

Having a desiganted team to collect, process and upload our mail has been wonderful. They are very communicative and respond to our inquiries quickly. They also have been great at addressing requests to improve our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VisualVault?

Having to manually name/rename mail once it is uploaded is a bit time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
