I appreciate that VisualVault provides a centralized electronic secure platform, which helps in moving files from paper to electronic form. The security measures ensure that specific files are only visible to certain leaders, which is very important for us. I also like how the new platform seems to have great search features and can read PDFs effectively. The ability to store files securely is another aspect that I find useful. I use VisualVault for retaining scanned documents important to my business. It keeps information organized and allows multiple users to access the materials concurrently. I find it easy to use, reliable, and it has great customer support resources when needed. It helps maintain organized recordkeeping and tracks user access, which can be helpful. They are extremely helpful and professional when getting your company ready to use the software. VisualVault has made many improvements in the last couple of years to make the user experience easier to use. The version control process is much easier and faster than it was in the past. Pending competencies that are not signed off require constant reminders and re-launching of the same competency. Efficient collection of physical documents, reliable upload, strategic indexing, modern platform aesthetics, easy searches, value for money, quick retrieval of physical documents, site development is user-friendly, dedicated support, facilitates remote/ hybrid/ telecommuting work arrangements. Seamlessly integrated into LAS systems - documents can be exported directly into LawManager. Used daily. Initial implementation was thorough- video readily available on site. Visual Vault has completely changed out mail processing for the better. The fact that is houses all of our mail in one place and allows us to sort and distribute as necessary makes our mail process much more streamlined. Having a desiganted team to collect, process and upload our mail has been wonderful. They are very communicative and respond to our inquiries quickly.
