Started using VisualVault last year and I think it was an easy and comfortable experience. Not being very tech savvy, the platform gives me comfort to undo things easily and I like the simplicity of it. I use the platform every week and it never breaks or buffers. I like that we have a secure place to keep our documents. It is the goal of our office to have as little physical paper on the premises as possible. VV was great about picking up many boxes of files and scanning them all in for us. That is a project that would have taken us months. VV has allowed us to continue to upload our files as they are created in order to avoid the back log. It also helps to have one central location where all of our employees can access documents when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about VisualVault? The main downside to VV for me is just some small technical things. For example- you can't delete multiple files at one time. When I do delete a document in a folder- it clears any filters I had set. We were running out of space on site to keep paper files. We were keeping things that we no longer needed. It has freed up a lot of physical space in our office. It has also allowed us to make some processes more automated. We are able to immediately digitally file things instead of setting them to the side to be taken care of later. Storing sensitive employee documents, it's nice to be able to locate an employee and view all of their signed Onboarding documents from Avature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about VisualVault? Right now, we're finding that many candidates documents are not automatically being exported from Avature to Visual Vault. Visual Vault is currently looking into this issue. Additionally, there's not an easy way to search an employee record other than click on the employee's first letter of the last name and going through each employee to locate the correct employee.
