"Customizable and Easy, Perfect for Content Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Visualping?

I find Visualping to be the most customizable service I've tried for keeping track of new content. I appreciate not having to continually check the website myself, and it allows me to discover and share great content that I might not have otherwise looked for. The initial setup for Visualping was easy, and I like that I can use it with RSS alerts and email. I believe I'm only scratching the surface of its abilities, which makes it exciting to consider what more I can achieve with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Monitoring with Precision Notifications"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Visualping?

I love using Visualping in my personal life to monitor websites for updates. It's great that Visualping can notify me about website changes, which is really helpful. The notification feature that tracks websites and notifies my email is important to me because it saves me the hassle of manually checking for updates every day. Visualping strikes a better balance by notifying me only when there's relevant information, unlike my previous product that sent too many unnecessary emails. I found the setup of Visualping to be very easy, taking less than a minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

nothing so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thanks for the review; glad the signal-to-noise is working for you.

Apartment hunting is a perfect use case for it; manually refreshing listings is brutal. Appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

"Visualping Makes Monitoring Effortless"
4/5
What do you like best about Visualping?

What really stands out is how simple it is to adjust the monitoring frequency to fit my needs. Whether I want to check a page every few hours for time-sensitive updates or scale it back to once a week for less urgent changes, the flexibility is right at my fingertips. The interface makes tweaking these settings quick and intuitive, so I can set it and forget it—confident that I’ll be notified exactly when I want to be. Visualping takes the hassle out of manual checking and makes staying on top of changes effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

One thing I’ve noticed is that it sometimes flags changes that aren’t actually relevant—like minor layout shifts, formatting tweaks, or ads refreshing on the page. These alerts can feel a bit noisy when what I really want is to be notified about meaningful content updates. It’s not a dealbreaker, since the service is still incredibly useful, but it does mean I sometimes have to filter through alerts that don’t matter. A little more precision in what counts as a “change” would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Hello!

Thanks for the thoughtful review. Glad the flexible scheduling fits your workflow.

For noisy alerts, please try our new AI features.

You can tell Visualping which alerts are 'important' and turn on the filter that will only send you Important Alerts, keeping the noise out of your inbox.

Please let us know if you need help finding those features! You can also learn more at visualping.io/ai

"Timely Website Change Alerts That Keep Our Event Plans on Track"

What do you like best about Visualping?

The best benefit for my business are timely updates on conference and events website. If the team is going out for a conference to meet particular speakers or moderators, it is great to know if their agenda changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

I haven not witnessed any downsides or Visualping as of yet. One annoyance could be the amount of emails that you will receive about website change, but this is easily rectified in settings to fit your personal taste. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thanks for the great review! We’re glad Visualping is helping your team stay on top of conference and event agenda changes without having to manually check sites throughout the day.

And we’re happy the notification settings make it easy to tailor alerts to your preferences.

"Effortless Change Tracking with Visualping"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Visualping?

I really appreciate how Visualping helps us stay up to date with the changes our competitors are making on their pages. It's an easy way to identify and analyze these changes. The best thing is that it allows us to track different types of changes including textual and visual changes. I also like that we have the flexibility to track changes according to our own frequency and can exclude certain elements on the pages. The initial setup was very easy, and the support team was very helpful during the setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

I think there used to be a lot of false changes due to changes in the divs and all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thank you so much for your review!

Competitive intelligence is one of the core use cases we're most proud of supporting, so it's great to hear it's delivering value for your team.

You're also right that false positives from dynamic div changes were a real pain point in earlier versions. We've invested a lot in reducing that noise, including better element filtering and smarter change detection, so hopefully you're seeing fewer of those now. If they ever do creep back up, our support team is always happy to help fine-tune your monitors.

Thanks again,

What do you like best about Visualping?

I like how each time there is a change, I receive an email. This feature helps me because I don't need to keep going back to check changes myself, and the fact I get an email helps me not miss anything. The initial setup was very easy and took only 2 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

I feel like the emails could be more descriptive, tell me exactly what jobs have been removed but at the moment I am not receiving that, I am only receiving how many jobs get removed or added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Hi Sadie,

Thanks for the kind words; we're glad Visualping is helpful for tracking job updates and changes across different websites for you.

Its possible some of your jobs could benefit from specific language to tell Visualping AI what you want to see specifically, for example, something like, "Tell me specifically which jobs have been added and removed..." - this can be added to your important definition in job settings.

If you need any help, don't hesitate to reach out to support as well for feedback or refinement.

Warm regards,

"Easy to Use, Free, and Great Webpage Change Alerts"
5/5
What do you like best about Visualping?

It is easy to use, sends me notifications directly to my email so I don't have to keep logging in to check updates, and it's FREE! The integrated AI they use does a great job at crawling webpages for changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

It does not allow you to click into the website to remove any pop ups that block the content you're trying to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thanks for the review! We're glad you're getting great notifications and finding value in the AI summaries.

For pop-ups and banners, try using our Actions to click and close those banners. In the job settings, you'll find Actions - there you can set the monitoring job to 'wait' then select 'click' and click to close any pop up banners that appear. Then your monitors should avoid those pop-ups.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave your feedback.

"Hassle-Free Track Changes, Exceptional Alerts"
5/5
What do you like best about Visualping?

I like the regular email updates I get whenever there's a change since it means I don't have to go through all of the changes myself. It does this for me, so I don't have to pay much attention to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

Sometimes I notice that it doesn't let the page load all the way when it performs its check, so I think there's been a difference because the page is blank, when really, it just hasn't loaded fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eric Do Couto of Visualping

Thanks for the review! We’re glad Visualping’s email alerts and snapshots make tracking music catalogue updates easier.

For pages that don't load fully, try using the 'Wait' action for 5-10 seconds; this often gives the page extra time to load and be properly monitored. Hope that helps!
