The alert is sent via email or text message but also via any team notification service like MS Teams, Slack and also API or by entering a row in a spreadsheet. Visualping AI recognizes when a change is important or trivial and flags this in the email. This allows you to filter and focus only on the most relevant changes. Our AI also summarizes what changed since the last time it checked the page so you can save time. Our email notifications include a screenshot of the page with a highlighted area showing the change. Our dashboard provides more analysis tools. The color it marks, to show before is imoprtant. Other tool do not offer that kind of clarity. Also ,it is easy to use drag way to say where u want to compare. Better than type it **What do you dislike about Visualping?** For the mutilayer page, I think still diffical to use. Everytime I use, I will ask mail to let supprt team to help me setting.It takes a lot of time. And also for some website data is not in the first page, but next several page. Although I set the traking, but I still doubt it traking well or not. Some new features include AI which is (mostly) helpful to give you an idea what has changed on the page. The email notifications with a screenshot are very helpful as well. For what you need it to do, it does well. It seems to navigate around crawler issues fairly well. **What do you dislike about Visualping?** The pricing is a bit expensive and cheap usage is very limited, so you need to pay to get any kind of decent features. The platform has gradually shifted more features to higher price tiers, and limited the amount of querying you can do. **What problems is Visualping solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to monitor certain pages which do not provide native email/RSS/webhook feeds for notifications. **Official Response from Eric Do Couto:** > Hi Josh, thanks for the review. Easy to create, suspend, and resume jobs for different sites. **What do you dislike about Visualping?** While the CONCEPT and layout is great, the main issue is that this software simply doesn't work for approximately 75% of the web pages I want to use it on. High false alarm rates for restocks of OOS items, and it won't work with any site that uses bots (ie., the "captcha" or "verify you are human" tests). Walmart? Nope. Target? No. PokemonCenter? Sorry that's an no-go. Costco? Nope. The only site of interest I have gotten this to work well on is BestBuy.com. Yet for a subcription that costs around $300/year or more, this simply isn't anywhere near worth it. That being said, if VisualPing could actually figure out their stuff and get the software to do what it's supposed to, then this app would be amazing. Until then though... **What problems is Visualping solving and how is that benefiting you?** Restock notifications for out of stock items so I don't have to manually check. However, only works with about 1/4 sites although depending on your use case, may differ. ### 5. I feel this is unique over the competition. I like that you are pre-warned when you're tracking too many sites, or too many times a day to remain in the "free zone". **What do you dislike about Visualping?** I was transferred to this service from an original site that I would assume VP bought out. I feel like the original Tracker was more flexible, would send more results more often, and would allow for digests. All without charging for every niggling thing they did. VP limits everything that was free or nominal before, so unless you're using it to *MAKE* money, those limitations will annoy you tremendously. **What problems is Visualping solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keep up-to-the-minute (or at least close-to that) with site changes that I'd instead have to constantly be refreshing myself for. **Official Response from Visualping Admin:** > Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. One of the most helpful parts about Visualping is being notified when a change is made to a webpage and being able to scroll and visually see the webpage differences. The most useful part about this tool for me is being able to keep track of the changes on their web interface and via email notifications. Using the personal edition allows me to monitor a web page for free and with a certain number of checks before having to pay for the service. I was using Visualping versus Onwebtracker and prefer Visualping. **What do you dislike about Visualping?** I no longer have a use case for this product, so I don't actively use it anymore, but I do check website changes from time to time just to make sure I haven't missed anything and when I don't always have time to review the whole website for our organization. **What problems is Visualping solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using it for security certifications because one of the requirements was to make sure there isn't any sensitive information being published on our webpage.
