What stood out most was how Visualfabriq standardized the commercial planning process across the entire organization. Before, every account manager had their own way of building a promotion plan or tracking trade spend — which made governance a nightmare. Visualfabriq brought structure: defined workflows, approval gates, and a consistent data model that everyone had to work within. It also made my job of onboarding new team members much easier, because the process was embedded in the tool rather than living in someone's head or a tribal-knowledge spreadsheet. As a process manager I wanted more agility to adapt workflows myself without always needing a technical resource. Also, rolling out process changes across a large team was tough when the platform's training materials didn't always keep pace with how we had configured things internally.
