## About Visualfabriq
Visualfabriq — Revenue Growth Management Software for CPG Manufacturers Visualfabriq is an enterprise Revenue Growth Management (RGM) platform built exclusively for Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturers. It connects Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), pricing and contract planning, demand forecasting, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), accruals and claims, and revenue tracking in a single CPG-native platform — replacing the fragmented combination of spreadsheets and point tools that slows down most commercial teams. ‣ What problem does Visualfabriq solve? CPG commercial teams face a specific set of challenges that generic planning tools weren't designed for: trade spend that's difficult to measure, promotional ROI that's hard to forecast accurately, pricing decisions made without full volume-and-margin visibility, and S&OP cycles that consume weeks of manual coordination. Visualfabriq is built specifically for this environment. Commercial, finance, and demand teams work from a shared data backbone with consistent product and customer hierarchies, standardized KPIs, and bottom-up volume-to-value P&L — so everyone plans and reports from the same numbers. ‣ Platform capabilities Visualfabriq covers the full commercial cycle across eight integrated modules: • Trade Promotions — plan, optimize, and evaluate promotions using sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out data, with full audit-compliant documentation and in-flight performance visibility • Trade Pricing & Contracts — manage pricing investments and contract commitments with scenario simulations and margin impact analysis • Demand Forecasting — generate ML-powered baseline forecasts at SKU and account level using ex-factory, POS, distributor, and syndicated data; feed directly into S&OP and revenue planning • Revenue Plan — consolidate actuals and forecasts across all modules into a unified financial view with proactive deviation alerts • Accruals & Claims — automate the full lifecycle of trade accruals, claim matching, and settlement to reduce manual reconciliation and accelerate financial close • Risks & Opportunities — capture and quantify commercial risks with scenario planning and financial impact visibility • Funds & Targets — allocate promotional and contractual funds with full utilization tracking against commercial budgets • Product Lifecycle — manage product introductions, delistings, and transitions without disrupting planning continuity ‣ The Dynamic Query Engine (DQE) Visualfabriq's Dynamic Query Engine handles billions of data records — sell-in, sell-out, promotion history, and forecast data — with fast parallel retrieval across all modules. Reporting updates appear immediately when forecasts change, without waiting for pipeline processing. S&OP screens that previously loaded sequentially now retrieve multiple datasets simultaneously, significantly reducing load times on large datasets. This is the data infrastructure layer that makes real-time commercial planning viable at enterprise CPG scale. ‣ Assistant Mike: agentic AI built on CPG expertise Assistant Mike is Visualfabriq's embedded AI orchestrator — not a generic chatbot layered on top, but an agent operating directly inside the platform's predictive and optimization engines. It is being rolled out in phases through 2026, with Q1 Beta now live. Mike works across three capability areas: • Daily work support — natural language queries surface insights and recommendations; configurable role-based personas enforce organizational governance; embedded knowledge drives best-practice usage across TPM, pricing, and forecasting workflows • Business cycle acceleration — cross-silo dashboards with shared KPIs align commercial and finance teams before S&OP and business reviews; tasks that typically require days of manual analysis complete in seconds • Deep commercial insights — RGM analytics and optimization recommendations, market intelligence monitoring, pricing erosion alerts, and profitability trend detection surface risks before they become P&L problems ‣ Built to configure, not customize Visualfabriq supports direct, indirect, and hybrid routes to market. The platform is configured — not custom-coded — enabling scalable global rollouts without the legacy complexity that slows down enterprise implementations. Consistent data structures and access controls mean global teams can plan locally while reporting consolidates globally. ‣ Who should evaluate Visualfabriq Visualfabriq is the right fit for enterprise CPG manufacturers whose commercial teams are managing trade, pricing, and forecasting across disconnected tools; whose promotional ROI is difficult to measure or systematically improve; whose accrual and claims processes are manual and slow; and whose planning cycles can't keep pace with market changes. If your organization needs a single platform that connects commercial planning, financial control, and AI-assisted decision-making — purpose-built for CPG, not adapted from a generic ERP or BI tool — Visualfabriq is built for that problem. Rated 4.7/5 on G2 across 47 reviews.

## Visualfabriq Reviews
 ### 1. Unified Planning for Faster, Better Decisions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filipe O. | Product Owner Data & Analytics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

What I like most about Visualfabriq is that it brings commercial planning, forecasting and performance data together in one place. It reduces the reliance on disconnected spreadsheets and gives teams a consistent view of promotions, pricing and trade investments. The ability to compare scenarios and understand the potential impact of different decisions makes discussions more fact-based and helps us react faster. It also improves collaboration between Sales, Finance and Revenue Management because everyone can work from the same data and assumptions.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The main drawback is that the platform can feel complex at first, especially for users who do not work with it regularly. Some workflows require several steps, and navigating to the right information or adjusting views is not always immediately intuitive. Performance can also be slower when working with large datasets or detailed scenarios. A more streamlined interface, clearer in-product guidance and greater flexibility in self-service reporting would improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualfabriq helps solve the problem of fragmented commercial planning, where forecasts, promotions, pricing and trade investments are often managed across different spreadsheets and systems. By bringing this information together and integrating it with existing business data, teams can work from a more consistent and reliable view.

The interface makes it easier to review plans, compare scenarios and identify where performance differs from expectations, although some workflows require training at the beginning. Its AI and analytical capabilities also support more accurate forecasting and help highlight risks or opportunities that might otherwise be missed.

This benefits us by reducing manual work, improving collaboration between Sales, Finance and Revenue Management, and allowing decisions to be made faster. The onboarding and support provided during implementation are important because the platform has several capabilities and requires users to understand the underlying processes. Overall, the time saved, improved forecast quality and better control over commercial investments contribute to a positive return on investment.

 ### 2. Powerful Platform That Works Great Once You Get the Hang of It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** L R. | Category Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

The thing I like best about Visualfabriq is how powerful and complete the platform is. Once you get past the initial learning curve, all the dashboards and features make it really easy to get deep insights and manage everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The only thing I would improve is the initial learning curve. Because there are so many features and dashboards, it takes some time to get fully comfortable with the platform. Once you learn it, it works great.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualfabriq is helping us centralize all product, pricing, and competitor data in one platform. It solves the problem of making decisions with outdated Excel files and saves us a lot of time. Now we can analyze margins, track promotions, and react to market changes much faster, which directly improves our business results.

 ### 3. Revenue Growth Management Tool with Seamless Integrations and Strong Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

Good TPM tool, but UI/UX can be better. Integrations are well designed and work flawless. Performance is good, almost never crash out or black out. Access is pretty much always there. Pricing is na. Support and onboarding can be tough at times, you cannot get the solution easily on complicated issues, or it takes time. Sometimes also comes with cost. But overall it is good, it is a complicated platform in the end. Their effort for AI integration is promosing as far as I can tell.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

not sure about pricing/ROI, not really my concern. It is not the best looking platform, but it is definitely efficient. It works good and integrates well.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The UI is dense, but it’s logical once you understand the waterfall and hierarchy logic. It’s fast for daily users, although it takes a few weeks to learn.

Integrations are the real strength. Bifrost pulls SAP master data and syndicated sell-out cleanly, and with the ERP staying the system of record, bad data gets overwritten on every refresh.

Performance holds up on large volumes, though heavy pipeline runs sometimes require support.

The ROI shows up in fewer finance disputes and less manual planner time, and it paid back within the first year for us.

Zendesk support is responsive and technically deep. Onboarding is solid as long as you put the time in.

Demand forecasting gives sell-out-driven splits instead of flat linear ones, which improved account-level accuracy.

 ### 4. One Platform, One Source of Truth—Clearer Performance with Visualfabriq

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

What I like most is that it’s one platform for everything—trade promotion planning, forecasting, and S&OP—all in a single system. We used to rely on multiple tools and spreadsheets just to pull together a complete picture of our commercial performance, which made things more fragmented than they needed to be. Visualfabriq replaces that with a single source of truth, and it’s made our view of performance much clearer. The reporting speed is also impressive.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The initial setup and data integration require an upfront investment. Getting your data structures right before go-live is critical, and that takes time. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely something worth planning for.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with visibility across trade spend, forecast accuracy, and S&OP alignment. Visualfabriq has given our commercial and finance teams a shared view of the business, which has improved how we plan and significantly reduced the back-and-forth between teams.

 ### 5. A True Revenue Growth Management Lens for Pricing, Promo, Mix, and Forecasting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

From a product management perspective, what stood out was how well the platform supported an RGM mindset across the day-to-day commercial decisions. Pricing architecture, promotional investment, mix management, and demand forecasting all sitting in one consistent environment meant I could finally evaluate my products through a true revenue growth lens — not just chasing volume, but understanding the margin and net revenue implications of every decision. Assistant Mike added another dimension to that, proactively flagging when something was drifting off track before it became a problem I was being asked to explain in a business review.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The area where I felt there was room to grow was around data connectivity. Getting data in and out of the platform smoothly could sometimes require more effort than expected, and when any degree of data transformation or cleansing was needed before loading, the options felt somewhat limited.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it solved most directly for me was the gap between RGM strategy and commercial execution. In most organizations, RGM principles get defined at a strategic level but then get lost in translation by the time they reach the people making day-to-day pricing and promotional decisions. Visualfabriq closed that gap — the guardrails, the visibility into gross-to-net performance, the ability to model the revenue impact of different scenarios — all of it meant that RGM stopped being a separate workstream and became embedded in how the team actually planned and executed. For a product manager trying to protect and grow net revenue, that alignment between strategy and execution was the most valuable thing the platform delivered.

 ### 6. Great CPG-native AI platform for RGM, TPM and TPO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

For years, the challenge wasn't generating insights — it was getting them in front of the right person at the right moment. Assistant Mike changes that dynamic entirely. It proactively surfaces anomalies, flags when something in the market or the plan doesn't add up, and brings relevant context directly into the workflow without anyone having to go looking for it. Seeing a CPG-native AI software do that bridging work automatically was a genuinely different experience.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The foundation is strong and the direction is exciting, but there is still room to grow in terms support and wiki article materials.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it's tackling with AI is one I felt acutely — the gap between data availability and decision-making speed. In fast-moving CPG markets, by the time a traditional analysis cycle completes, the window to act has often already closed. Having an AI layer that continuously monitors performance, detects emerging patterns, and proactively recommends actions means the organization can respond to market signals in near real time rather than waiting for the next monthly review. The shift from periodic reporting to continuous intelligence is transformational.

 ### 7. Purpose-Built for CPG: Deep Domain Workflows That Connect Promotions, Forecasts, and Financials

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

What struck me most was how much thought had gone into making the platform reflect the way CPG commercial teams actually work. The workflows, the data structures, the way promotions connect to forecasts connect to financials — it's not a generic planning tool that's been retrofitted for CPG, it's clearly been built from the ground up with that world in mind. From a product excellence perspective, that depth of domain knowledge embedded in the platform is genuinely hard to find, and it showed every time we pushed into a more complex use case.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The pace of product releases occasionally meant that documentation and training materials needed a moment to catch up. Nothing that impacted the core experience, but for a team focused on excellence and adoption, having everything perfectly in sync matters. It's clearly something they're aware of and improving on, so more of an observation than a criticism.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, Visualfabriq is solving the problem of commercial complexity at scale — the fact that large CPG organizations are managing thousands of promotions, contracts, and pricing decisions simultaneously, across multiple markets and customers, and need to do it with consistency, governance, and speed. From my seat, the benefit was being able to look at how teams were working and see a platform that was actively reducing friction, enforcing best practices without feeling like a compliance tool, and giving people the confidence that the decisions they were making were grounded in reliable, up-to-date data. That combination of structure and trust is what drives real commercial excellence.

 ### 8. Powerful Cross-Portfolio Performance Visibility in One Place-TPM TPO for CPG

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

Having a cross-portfolio view of performance in one place was something I had been wanting for years. Managing multiple brands across different customers and channels meant I was constantly trying to piece together a coherent picture from fragmented reports — and by the time I had it, it was already stale. What I valued most was being able to see how promotional investment was being allocated across the portfolio, which brands were driving margin and which were eroding it, and where trade spend was concentrating in ways that didn't align with our strategic priorities. That visibility changed the quality of the conversations I was having with leadership.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

There were occasional moments where getting to a specific view took a few more clicks than I would have liked, and I found myself wishing for a bit more flexibility in how I could navigate the platform. It's a relatively minor point and didn't have a major impact on my overall experience.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fundamental problem it addressed for me was the inability to connect promotional and pricing decisions at the execution level back to portfolio health at the strategic level. Decisions were being made brand by brand, customer by customer, without a clear line of sight into what the cumulative effect was on the overall portfolio margin and revenue mix. Visualfabriq gave me that consolidated view, which meant I could identify early when a brand was being over-promoted relative to its strategic role, or when a pricing trend across accounts was quietly undermining our gross-to-net targets — and act on it before it became a bigger problem.

 ### 9. Trusted Data Model and Fast Query Engine Make Visualfabriq a Standout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

The thing that genuinely impressed me was the data model underneath the platform. Everything — promotions, contracts, demand forecasts, actuals — feeds into a consistent, structured layer that you can actually trust. Before, I was spending most of my time just wrangling data from different sources into something coherent before any real analysis could happen. With Visualfabriq, a lot of that groundwork was already done, which meant I could spend more time on the actual insights rather than the plumbing. The Dynamic Query Engine handling large data volumes without grinding to a halt was also a genuine relief compared to what I was used to.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

I wished there was cleaner API access or easier data extraction options for feeding Visualfabriq data into our own BI environment. The data was good; getting it out in the exact shape I needed was sometimes more friction than it should have been.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem it solved from my perspective was data fragmentation and trust. When finance, sales, and commercial each had their own numbers, my job was essentially refereeing — figuring out whose data was right before any analysis could even begin. Visualfabriq created one governed data foundation, which meant I could build analyses that people actually trusted and acted on, rather than spending half the presentation defending the source data. That shift — from data janitor to actual analyst — was the most meaningful change in how I spent my time.

 ### 10. All Promotion Results in One Place for Smarter, Data-Driven Planning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

Planning a promotion used to mean bouncing between emails, spreadsheets, and gut feel — trying to figure out if last year's activation on this customer actually worked before committing budget to the next one. What I appreciated most was being able to pull up the post-evaluation of a previous promotion and use that directly when building the next plan. The sell-through data, the ROI, the volume uplift — it was all there in one place, which made conversations with customers a lot more grounded and a lot less "trust me, it worked.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

Updating a promotion that's already in an approval workflow sometimes meant going backwards through steps that felt unnecessary when everyone involved had already aligned verbally.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest one for me was justifying spend. Every year there's pressure to prove that promotional investment is actually driving results, and before I had everything scattered — some data in Nielsen, some in customer portals, some in my own trackers. Having the evaluation built into the same place where I planned the promotion meant I could close the loop properly and walk into budget conversations with actual evidence. It also meant that when something didn't perform, I could pinpoint why faster and adjust the next activation rather than repeating the same mistake.

 ### 11. Visualfabriq : Great Revenue management and trade promotion platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

What stood out most was how Visualfabriq standardized the commercial planning process across the entire organization. Before, every account manager had their own way of building a promotion plan or tracking trade spend — which made governance a nightmare. Visualfabriq brought structure: defined workflows, approval gates, and a consistent data model that everyone had to work within. It also made my job of onboarding new team members much easier, because the process was embedded in the tool rather than living in someone's head or a tribal-knowledge spreadsheet.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

As a process manager I wanted more agility to adapt workflows myself without always needing a technical resource. Also, rolling out process changes across a large team was tough when the platform's training materials didn't always keep pace with how we had configured things internally.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fundamental problem it solved was process fragmentation — we had commercial planning happening in dozens of different ways across markets, making it impossible to enforce compliance, audit trade spend decisions, or roll up performance consistently. Visualfabriq gave us a single governed process with built-in controls, audit trails, and standardized outputs. For me personally, it meant I could actually measure process adherence, identify bottlenecks in the approval cycle, and have evidence-based conversations with leadership about where the commercial process needed improvement — rather than just guessing.

 ### 12. Transformative Trade Promotion Platform with Native AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

I love how Visualfabriq brings all our data into one place, making it possible to trust what we're looking at and plan confidently. The platform's trade promotion capabilities—especially planning, forecasting, and connecting volume and margin—are a real step up from legacy tools. The native AI feels integrated rather than an afterthought, and the roadmap for agentic AI is genuinely exciting.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

While Visualfabriq delivers a lot, there are still some areas around data integration that could be smoother. The transition from Excel-based workflows comes with a learning curve, and I wish the rollout of agentic AI features like Assistant Mike could move faster.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disconnected data was the biggest pain point. Before, every team was working off different numbers, alignment was always late, and decisions were made without the full picture. Now everything sits in one place and we can actually trust what we're looking at. That alone has changed how confidently we plan and execute.

 ### 13. A reliable platform for smarter commercial planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia C. | IT Talent Acquisition, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

What I like most about Visualfabriq is how it brings all the key commercial planning information into one place, which makes it much easier to make informed decisions. It streamlines the planning process, improves collaboration across teams, and gives me more confidence that our pricing and promotional decisions are supported by reliable data.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

I don’t have any major complaints. If I had to point out one thing, it’s that some reports and dashboards can take a little time to get used to at first. Once you’re more familiar with the platform, though, it becomes much easier to navigate and use effectively.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualfabriq solves the challenge of making better pricing and promotion decisions by bringing data, planning, and analytics together in one platform. It gives us clearer visibility into the impact of our commercial plans, which helps us make more informed decisions, collaborate more effectively across teams, and save time by reducing manual work.

 ### 14. One Powerful Platform for RGM, TPM, TPO for CPG

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

Visualfabriq brings the entire commercial cycle — Demand Forecasting, Trade Promotions, Trade Pricing, Accruals & Claims, and Revenue Forecasting — onto a single integrated platform, eliminating the fragmented spreadsheets and legacy system downloads that CPG teams traditionally relied on. The Dynamic Query Engine delivers instant answers across massive data volumes, the ML-powered baseline forecasting sharpens promotional accuracy, and Assistant Mike acts as an AI orchestrator that surfaces exceptions, prepares meeting commentary, and guides decisions proactively. The result is a true "one number" environment where teams stop debating whether the numbers are right and start acting on what they mean.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

Because Visualfabriq is a highly configurable, enterprise-grade platform built for large CPG organizations, the initial implementation and configuration effort can be significant — requiring careful data mapping, hierarchy setup, and role/permission design before teams see full value. The breadth of modules (Trade Promotions, Pricing, Demand, Accruals, R&O, Funds, Indirects) means there is a meaningful learning curve, and organizations with limited change-management capacity may find adoption slower than expected. Feature depth is a strength, but it also means some advanced capabilities require deliberate setup and training to unlock.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualfabriq solves the core CPG challenge of fragmented, manual revenue planning — where forecast builds took days of pulling data from legacy systems, trade spend was tracked in disconnected spreadsheets, and no single source of truth existed for commercial performance. By automating bottom-up revenue forecasting, streamlining promotion planning and evaluation, managing contracts and accruals end-to-end, and layering in AI-driven insights through Assistant Mike, the platform compresses cycle times dramatically, improves forecast accuracy, reduces reconciliation effort at financial close, and enables commercial teams to shift from reactive reporting to proactive revenue optimization.

 ### 15. All-in-One Promotion Planning with Full Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

The promotion planning view and the way everything connects — volume, margin, execution — in one place. I can see the full picture of what's running, what's performing, and what needs attention without jumping between tools or spreadsheets. That visibility changes how you work.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

There are moments where you wish the platform gave you a bit more flexibility to adapt things to your specific way of working. Nothing that blocks you, but you do occasionally find yourself working around it rather than with it

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest shift has been getting rid of disconnected data. Before, every team was working off different numbers, reconciling late, and making decisions without the full picture. Now everything sits in one place — promotion planning, volume, financials — and we can actually trust what we're looking at. That has made a real difference to how confidently we plan and execute.

 ### 16. Visualfabriq offers a wide range of configuration & integration possibilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

While the blueprint configuration works, the countless configuration possibilities allow clients to align the software with the business requirements to create efficient and preservable processes. Additionally, the integration & file management module allows much self-service in setting up new integrations and doing root cause analysis using the imported/exported files and the execution log.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The efficiency of the support offered by the front-end support team can be improved. While both the developers, and partner managers are great, sometimes it takes some time to get to core of the issue at hand.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows customers to effectively plan trade promotions and review financials to create 1 truth by integrating various software tools like SAP.

 ### 17. Visualfabriq Unifies Product Launches with Commercial Planning from Day One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

What resonated most with me was the Product Life Cycle module and how it connected new product introductions directly into the commercial planning process. In product development, one of the most persistent frustrations is that launch planning happens in isolation — marketing has their timeline, sales has their volume assumptions, finance has their own forecast — and nobody is truly working from the same picture. Visualfabriq brought the new product into the same environment where promotions were being planned, pricing was being set, and the revenue forecast was being built, which meant the launch had a commercial foundation from day one rather than being retrofitted into it later.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The platform is naturally stronger once a product is live and generating data. In the earlier stages of development, when you're still working with assumptions and scenarios rather than actuals, I occasionally wished the tooling was a bit more flexible for that kind of exploratory planning. Again, not a dealbreaker — more of a reflection of where the platform's core strength lies.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem it solved for me was the disconnect between product development decisions and commercial reality. Choices about pack sizes, pricing architecture, and promotional strategy for a new product were historically made with limited visibility into how similar products had actually performed in the market. With Visualfabriq, that historical commercial intelligence was accessible and structured, which meant we could stress-test assumptions earlier, build more credible business cases, and go into launch with a much clearer picture of what good looked like. It fundamentally improved the quality of the decisions we were making before a product ever hit the shelf.

 ### 18. One Source of Truth for CPG Trade Promotions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

Honestly, the biggest thing for me was finally having one place where everything lived. Before Visualfabriq, I was spending half my week wrestling with Excel files and waiting on data pulls from our ERP just to build a revenue outlook that was already outdated by the time I presented it. With Visualfabriq, the revenue plan updated automatically and everyone on the team — finance, sales, account managers — was looking at the same numbers. That alone saved me probably two days per month and completely changed how our S&OP meetings ran.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The learning curve was real. When we first went live, the platform felt overwhelming — there are a lot of modules, a lot of configuration options, and if your data setup isn't clean coming in, you feel it immediately. Our onboarding took longer than expected, and for the first few months there were moments where the team just defaulted back to their old spreadsheets out of frustration. I also wish the reporting module had been more flexible out of the box; building custom views required more admin involvement than I would have liked.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem it solved for me was the endless cycle of "whose numbers are right?" before every business review. We had finance with one revenue forecast, sales with another, and marketing doing their own thing — and half the meeting was spent reconciling instead of deciding. Visualfabriq forced everything into one calculation logic, so that conversation just stopped happening. On top of that, tracking trade spend against budget used to be a monthly scramble; with the platform it became something I could check any morning in a couple of clicks. It genuinely changed how much time I spent on analysis versus administration.

 ### 19. VisualFabriq: Innovative Platform with Intelligent Design, Improvable in Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

I like that VisualFabriq is designed as a native AI platform from the ground up, not just as a generic tool with an added chatbot. I value that the assistant can be configured with plain text rules without the need to touch code, which I find to be an intelligent design at both the user and architecture level. I also appreciate the modular yet unified approach of the platform, where TPO, RGM, and IBP coexist in a common data model, eliminating the need to set up integrations between disconnected systems. This significantly reduces the technical debt generated by having several separate systems.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

I think the learning curve could be improved, as for a user coming from Excel, the platform being so comprehensive, it's difficult to master the capabilities at first.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisualFabriq centralizes promotion planning and forecasting, avoiding the manual use of Excel. It offers structured and reliable commercial data for integration, eliminating inconsistencies. Its AI assistant validates the profitability of promotions, providing a solid foundation for creating dashboards or endpoints.

 ### 20. Flexible Modules That Fit Our Day-to-Day Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

The best feature for me is the wide range of modules and the flexibility it provides, allowing the business to apply its day-to-day processes in a way that fits how they work.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

Some really great functions aren’t described in enough detail in the online manual, which ends up forcing a lot of manual testing to figure out how the different functionalities work.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication across teams has always been a problem, and Visualfabriq now helps solve it by collecting all information in one place. It also provides a sandbox for Sales to test different scenarios and build a better understanding of the ROI and performance of promotions.

 ### 21. Visualfabriq Keeps Getting Better Game‑Changing Approach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

Visualfabriq keeps improving, with new features and regular product updates. It’s genuinely encouraging to see a company that listens to customer feedback and continues investing in innovation, rather than standing still.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

Visualfabriq's approach stands out. The model itself is so solid and well-thought-out that it doesn't diminish my high opinion. Highly recommended for any trade marketing team.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualfabriq solves data chaos, manual planning drudgery, and unreliable forecasting—replacing them with AI‑driven automation and a single source of truth. It benefits me by proving that CPG trade planning can finally be smart, fast, and audit‑proof. Less waste, more clarity, better decisions. That's a model worth championing.

 ### 22. All Our Data in One Place with Visualfabriq’s Great UX and AI Assistant Mike

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

All my data is in one place—promotions, contracts, accruals, claims, revenue, funds, etc. On top of that, it has a great UX and top-of-the-class AI, with the assistant Mike.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

At this stage, Visualfabriq is well established and has proven to work across many organizations. However, when you’re doing something bespoke, it may not be easy to adjust to the standards within this platform.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the data is in one place, which makes it easy to make quick, fully data-driven business decisions. And with AI, you don’t even need to be an expert in promo spend to start running great promotions.

 ### 23. Visualfabriq: Innovative Platform for Smarter Pricing and Revenue Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

What I like most about Visualfabriq is its focus on innovation and helping consumer goods companies make smarter pricing and revenue decisions. The company appears to combine advanced technology with practical business value while fostering a modern, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

As an outsider, I do not have enough direct experience to identify specific dislikes. If anything, I think the solutions may seem complex for new users, and I imagine there could be a learning curve before customers can fully benefit from the platform.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From what I understand, Visualfabriq helps consumer goods companies optimize pricing, promotions, and revenue management using data and AI. This can improve decision-making, reduce inefficiencies, and increase profitability. As an outsider, I find this approach valuable because it addresses complex business challenges with technology-driven insights.

 ### 24. Fully Connected Trade Promotion Planning with AI-Driven Optimization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

What I like most is having Trade Promotion Management fully connected in one platform. Planning, forecasting, and promotion optimization are no longer separate activities. Everything sits in the same Revenue Plan, which makes it much easier to understand the impact of promotions on volume and margin.
Visualfabriq is AI-native, so the AI actively supports planning and trade promotion optimization instead of just reporting on results. It helps surface risks and opportunities early, which makes decision-making more proactive. Being true SaaS also helps, updates happen continuously without disruptions or IT involvement.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

There is a learning curve, especially if you come from Excel-based trade planning. The platform is powerful, so it takes some time to fully understand all capabilities. Once teams get familiar with it, the value becomes much clearer.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Visualfabriq, trade promotion planning was fragmented and heavily manual. Different teams worked with different numbers, which made alignment difficult.
Visualfabriq brought structure and one version of the truth to TPM. Promotions are planned with better visibility into financial impact, and the AI helps optimize decisions upfront. This improved forecast accuracy, reduced manual work, and gave us more confidence in our category decisions.

 ### 25. Best TPM on the market

Visualfabriq centralizes and streamlines the entire TPM process, eliminating fragmented spreadsheets and manual reconciliation. Its seamless SAP integration and AI-driven forecasting improve accuracy and decision-making, enabling us to allocate trade spend more effectively. The result is stronger ROI, better alignment between sales and finance, and faster execution of growth-driving activities.

 ### 26. Comprehensive, Scalable Trade Promotion Management with Strong UI and Promising AI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

The team has thoroughly addressed Trade Promotion Management as a solution. The models feel comprehensive, the platform appears scalable, the user interfaces are strong, and the AI capabilities look promising.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

No major complaints come to mind. A lot of what will make the product successful will depend on how the business is structured around the tool, and how well the team supports it in day-to-day use.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI is a great example of this. The Agent Mike capabilities built into the system (and those that will likely be deployed in the future) are very helpful for users, especially from a reporting perspective. Overall, it seems best suited for a larger market.

 ### 30. AI-Native Trade Promotion & Account Planning in One Seamless SaaS Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

Visualfabriq helped bring discipline to how we manage trade promotions. Instead of juggling spreadsheets and separate tools, we now have a single environment where trade plans, volumes, and financial impact are connected. The platform is AI-native, and the AI actively supports trade promotion optimization by highlighting scenarios and risks during planning. As a SaaS platform, it also keeps improving without requiring upgrades, which makes it easy to keep using at scale.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

Because the platform is quite comprehensive, it takes time for new users to become fully comfortable. Teams need some onboarding and change management, especially if they are used to very manual processes

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Visualfabriq, trade promotion planning at account level lacked consistency. Numbers were often reconciled late, and decisions were sometimes based on incomplete information.
Visualfabriq introduced a structured TPM process with a single set of numbers across teams. Promotions are now planned with clearer visibility into profitability, and AI support helps us make better decisions upfront. This reduced rework, improved forecast reliability, and made account planning more predictable.

 ### 31. One Platform for the Full Commercial Cycle: Real-Time Promo P&L and AI That Cuts Manual Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

One platform for the full commercial cycle, real-time P&L at promotion level, and AI that actually reduces manual work rather than just narrating data.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

Not a fit if you expect the platform to bend to your existing processes. It's configure-to-fit, which requires internal alignment upfront.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disconnected tools, slow planning cycles, and trade spend with no clear ROI. Visualfabriq fixes all three and puts sales, finance, and supply chain on the same data.

 ### 32. AI-Driven Planning Boost with Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernard A.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

VisualFabriq is AI native, and the AI is embedded directly into planning, forecasting, and trade promotion optimization, which is a very attractive feature. The new AI functionality becomes available automatically, keeping the platform future-ready. I also appreciate having one revenue plan where trade, pricing, volume, and margin are connected. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

There needs to be a plan for change management. There is a learning curve, especially for teams used to Excel-based planning.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VisualFabriq's AI integration in planning and optimization is attractive for moving away from spreadsheets. The platform remains future-ready with automatic AI updates. It also consolidates trade, pricing, volume, and margin into one revenue plan.

VisualFabriq does exactly what it is supposed to, without unnecessary complexity, making it a reliable choice for our business.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

I think there's maybe some functionality which other providers have that it doesn't. The interface is not flashy, and some of the reporting outputs could look slicker.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the product to optimize trade promotions, track pricing accruals, and streamline data flows, enhancing efficiency with automated features.

 ### 34. Visulafabriq streamlined our processes, replacing spreadsheets and outdated tools that never synced.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Visualfabriq?**

The Revenue Plan gives us one version of the truth, and the embedded AI helps us spot things we’d never catch manually. It’s not perfect, but it’s way ahead of anything else we tried. Also, data flows from all systems seamlessly with updates to the solution that just happen—no IT drama. Big advancement. Once fully trained, and understanding that the flexibility (and inaccuracy) of excel isn't present, the tool is very intuitive to use whilst also ensuring a fully auditable process. Dashboards help me maintain my daily and weekly tasks with simple calls to actions.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

The interface takes a bit of getting used to. It’s intuitive once trained but a bit overwhelming at first when coming from excel and less advanced legacy solutions.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have different teams working off separate spreadsheets and assumptions. Visualfabriq gives us one commercial truth, and that’s helped us reduce errors and improve forecast accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Visualfabriq?**

If a CPG has very specific requirements/ processes which are not in line with industry standard practices, then Visualfabriq might not be a fit, as it doesn't allow customization.

**What problems is Visualfabriq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualfabriq streamlines cross-functional sales planning and claims/ payment management process. It helps CPGs optimize their trade spends, ensure adequate financial controls and optimizes sales teams' efforts on planning.
