The concept of what Visual Visitor has to offer, showing the web visitor who came to the website regardless if they inquired with us or not. It is helpful to have access. I have used similar software in the past, and Visual Visitor currently does not have some of the features their competitors have. For example, they automatically upload new prospects into your contact management system. There is a delay between receiving the website traffic notification and the prospect coming to the website. Visual visitor says there is a 6-minute delay, based on the interaction I've had with my customers, it is closer to two hours. In addition, the email alerts often lack domain information, so it is just a process to research on my end to find the business that came to the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The concept is to show you all of the businesses who came to the website, this way your sales team can reach out to follow up and generate qualified appointments. Your three challenges are quickly resolved with additional settings not yet configured in your account: - CRM Integration - The 5-minute delay is based on an average site visit. The wait is so that we capture all of the pages visited. You would not want an incomplete picture of the prospect. - Email alerts Please know that your situation was an exception.
