**What do you like best about Agilysys Visual One?**

With Visual One facility I can find out the guest details and their choice and past selection at one go. This helps me in organizing my work and establishing friendly interaction with the guest to ensure that they are satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Agilysys Visual One?**

With Visual One, there is a host of reports to select and though there is an option to customize, it is complicated when wanting to retrieve particular information. This is quite clumsy, and the filtering options are extremely slow, and does not provide the reports I require instantly.

**What problems is Agilysys Visual One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has also integrated guest management for your convenience with the help of Visual One. Right from making a reservation to checking out, everything is quite seamless. This enables me to spend ample time with the guests and ensure I deliver more than expected.

**What do you like best about Agilysys Visual One?**

It allowed building out profiles very easy, it allowed us to add player reward profiles to hotel rooms, And there staff was willing to be on stand by if we needed development. Night audit was very easy through this software.

**What do you dislike about Agilysys Visual One?**

In the beginning, the player reward numbers were not syncing up with the hotel and free room offers weren't being deducted from the players account.

**What problems is Agilysys Visual One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We bought out the Marriot and everyone was worried about a new hotel software. After a few months, we.xoukdnt imagine ever going back. V1 was very easy to use and a huge keep into the future.

This is one of the best alternative for properties seeking an alternative to Opera.

The support can be a bit lacking and not many already established integrations with 3rd party applications.

**What do you like best about Agilysys Visual One?**

I enjoyed how easy to learn the system was, and the team that came in to help us transition from our old PMS system to this new one was very helpful in making that experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about Agilysys Visual One?**

Not being able to use the mouse as a way to navigate the system can be frustrating especially when you are first learning the system. It was also not easy to make any changes to the system, so a lot of reports we were used to running on the old PMS system could not be done on this one.

**What problems is Agilysys Visual One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the check in process a smoother and faster experience, which is very important when working in a hotel because you want the guest to be happy with the speed and quality.

How central it is; it keeps everything in one place

The system felt outdated; slow; a little clunky at times

**What problems is Agilysys Visual One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't worked in Visual One in a while; it mostly helped me and other front desk staff to stay organized.

Visual One can be pretty customizable based on your resorts need.

**What do you dislike about Agilysys Visual One?**

This system can be pretty tedious and time consuming. For example, separating folios and checking guests in took way longer than other systems I've used.

The end of day processes has to be done 1 way only if done wrong nothing reports correctly

Visual One is very user friendly. The Manager's Adjust function is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Agilysys Visual One?**

The least helpful thing about Visual One is the pop-up message that pops up on every  new reservation that says "Check guest in now". We always select no, since other steps must be taken first.

**Recommendations to others considering Agilysys Visual One:**

My advice is to set up a training class for system knowledge.

**What problems is Agilysys Visual One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visual One has been proven extremely useful for our large departure days. The "Arrived/Not Checked In" function saves us weekly.
