Upload one 360° photo per room from any 360° camera, link the rooms and publish. Buyers walk through the home in their browser before they book a viewing, so more of your viewings are with people who have already seen the place. Every tour is a lead tool: visitors send an enquiry from inside the tour, or book a viewing (Pro); you see visits and leads for each tour, and on Pro where visits come from (portal, WhatsApp, QR code, social), which rooms hold attention and how long people stay; the property owner can follow the tour and its numbers (Pro). Share each tour by link, QR code, WhatsApp or an embed on your website. Mark a home as sold, and its link leads visitors to your public profile with your other homes. No 360° camera? Vistura Capture (beta) runs in your phone's browser at vistura.app/capture, with nothing to install. It guides you around the room, takes the photos by itself and joins them into one 360° image; you check it, then send the rooms to a Vistura tour. Capturing is free, unlimited and needs no account; sending rooms to a tour needs a Vistura account, and the free plan is enough. Capture has been tested on Android (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra); iPhone is not verified yet. A tripod keeps the phone steady and gives cleaner seams. Without one, small rooms such as bathrooms can look wavy, because things close to the phone may not line up. If you capture handheld, a 360° camera is still the safer choice for your top listings. Plans (USD): Free: 3 active listings, every lead in full, with Vistura branding. Pro: $29 a month (founder price $24 until 31 December 2026): unlimited listings, your logo and colours, floor plans, video, narration and a guided tour, viewing booking, owner reports and advanced statistics.
