Vistera is the complete legal, HR and finance support system for modern businesses. Senior experts do the work, accelerated by AI, at a fixed price. Businesses bring a question or task to the Vistera platform, such as a termination, a contract with a deadline or a cash decision. Vero, our AI, handles intake, research and prep. A senior lawyer, HR advisor or finance expert from the Expert Network picks up the file the same business day and signs off on every outcome before it reaches the client. Vistera sets the price before work starts, so clients pay for outcomes, not hours billed. Vistera serves businesses in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Every expert is licensed in the province of the matter.
