Be clear with what you hope to get out of the relationship. Nothing is free and you have to balance what you want to spend on. What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

Communication has been the most significant difference in my eyes between VistaVu and its competitors. Understanding the problems from our POV and making us feel like a priority while solving the issues is a huge bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At this moment, I honestly do not have anything to dislike about my experiences with VistaVu. They schedule Bi-Weekly meetings, follow up on completed tasks, and are constantly trying to help us plan our hours over projects instead of trying to milk us for profit. The project VV assisted on was an automated integration of SAP G/L transaction data into Workday Adaptive Planning. We called on VV for their expertise in the SAP environment in order to provide access to, extract, document and debug the necessary SAP G/L data elements and historical transaction data in support of this project. Our company runs very light and has no internal IT department so we depend heavily on 3rd party partners for various IT functions. VistaVu is our exclusive consulting partner for our SAP ByDesign ERP system. What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

Everyone that we deal with is very responsive and competent. Our customer engagement executive, which is typically a selling position goes well beyond what I normally expect. She proactively schedules monthly "cadence" meetings that are truly productive and keep us on track for various ongoing initiatives. The basic help desk representatives have a lot of knowledge and resolve issues quickly. The specialists for Finance, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash are true experts on the software + they take the time to understand the specifics of our business in order to arrive at appropriate solutions. What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions?

There are many SAP ByDesign consulting companies out there. Be sure to talk to at least 2-3 before making the decision. Ask about the size of their staff. Many have less than 5 employees on full time staff and depend mainly on contractors. Ask about how they will approach your project or implementation. What problems is VistaVu Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

VistaVu is helping our company with the integration of 3rd party applications for shipping, sales tax and T&E expense management. There are numerous small tweaks that they have made to various form templates for invoices and shipping documents.
