What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

The best aspect of VistaVu Solutions is the high caliber of their employees. We've worked extensively with various VistaVu consultants and they've always been extremely professional and helpful. Over the past decade, we specifically received an exceptional level of support from one such employee, Ben Doucette. We never cease to be amazed by Ben's ability to solve complex issues, provide support at any time of the day or night, and he is always willing to share vast knowledge of SAP utilities when we need recommendations or insight. VistaVu Solution consistently solves every SAP issue we've sent to them. Be it billing system enhancements, collections overalls for govermental requirements, custom report creation, unexpected system issues, or basis support, you name it and they can fix it! What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

What problems is VistaVu Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customers are using the Resolv WMS, Freight Control/Management and QC modules. These modules connect every level of product management for our customers. The development team is always listening for ways to improve their product and are implementing many of those suggestions. Get a solid dedicated team to lead the project with Vista View. Having to backtrack information that has already been dealt with creates bottlenecks and inefficiencies in completing the project on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VistaVu Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company recently chose to automate our invoicing process, which brought us to Vista View. In the early stages of documenting and mapping, Vista View was a huge help and supported us in mapping the required information accurately.

I was brought onto this project one year into integration and had much to learn. Our Vista View team has been great at getting me up to speed, so I can now independently solve issues. When there are issues beyond my scope of knowledge, Hitesh and Jaya have been a great help in getting our processes back up and running. What I dislike the most about VistaBu, is sometimes the tickets I submit to be reviewed either get lost, or take a long time to get help, sometimes up to 3 months, and it just makes me have to reorganize my priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some recommendations that I hvae is just to be on the look out for those "lost tickets", but other than that, I think VistaVu is doing a great job at helping us understand Boomi more and more everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
