What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions?

I wish we had more suggestions and solutions to address the challenges of a hospitality organization, especially auto reconciliation of bank statements and credit card reconciliation & integration with the PMS system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VistaVu Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have recently changed our system from Quickbooks to SAP through VistaVu solutions. We had the pleasure of working with Jamshid Karimov during our recent SAP implementation, and we are extremely impressed with his contributions. Jamshid brought in-depth knowledge of the banking system, along with exceptional tax expertise and a strong ability to resolve complex problems, all of which were crucial to the success of our project. I struggle to point to a failure in the relationship thus far. We have been working with a core team of SAP B1 experts through their merger into the current VistaVu organization. Our initial concerns about any losses or hiccups during these organizational shifts have proven unnecessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering VistaVu Solutions:

VistaVu is a reliable partner for long-term business success. Between their broad expertise across the SAP ecosystem, and their own SAP-certified add-ons, any business considering an SAP implementation or upgrade/conversion would do well to consider VistaVu. Businesses in the distribution / wholesale / warehouse space will no doubt find their Resolv suite of tools to be indispensible for effective operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VistaVu Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

As our long-time partner, VistaVu not only expertly guided us in our initial implementation and adoption of SAP nearly a decade ago, but contintues to work with us on projects which optimize the work our teams our doing. For example, entering 2025 we currently have three different projects underway to automate some routine work in managing import containers, and to meet EDI partner requirements for data exchanges. Vistavu's Resolv add-on is a good 'all in one' solution that can help keep implementation of many add-ons into an SAP B1 simple. The added benefit of being able to only use the specific modules that are needed is also a nice feature. We recently upgraded, and there have been issues that arose due to this, for example, the open items list is missing, some users are unable to post credit card payments, also a number of the widgets are not working correctly.
