I would encourage them to make sure they have strong technical leadership engaged to assist in the solution design. I would also encourage them to wrap project management around the program to support the VistaVu resources with requirements, documentation, support inter & intra company communication and solution validation. What problems is VistaVu Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

What problems is VistaVu Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

This review has to do with a specific technical issue we were having with a customized form. Evrim worked on this issue for quite some time, working with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. At the end, a second, less critical issue came up, which I accepted as-is and moved forward with deploying the form. Evrim stuck with the issue, though, and resolved it so that the form would display and print as needed. His additional time and effort on resolving this went above and beyond my expectations. We really enjoy working with Shannon Kennedy and how clear she is in her understanding and communication of our issues. Charging fees for short email responses is less than ideal but we do understand contextually how it can fall under consulting / paid services. Sometimes simple straight forward communications could be handled as customer services than a rendered and invoiced service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Don't hesitate to reach out to VistaVu when you're unsure if your SAP license is capable of what you're trying to accomplish. They can provide you with the necessary coaching and services to implement new features necessary to complete your projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use VistaVu to manage our SAP Business One license as a rapidly growing company. We originally took on B1 as we were a smaller company but rapidly outgrew our expectations and needed to bolster our SAP capabilities both through upgrades, functionality improvements, as well as Bolt Ons for additional features. At this time. I would like better breakdown SOW's and consultant hours spent on these projects. It is difficult when I hav eto come through the MAS hours and pull out the SOW hours that were recorded as MAS hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their experience and level of knowledge with SAP BYD or any type of intergration with SAP product. VistVu also has a great talent pull when building out a project they are able to provide the right consultant to leverage your goals of differnt projects and tech needs. I have worked with VistaVu on several Intergration projects this year. All project on out 2024 intiative were completed and automated several of our Supply Chain functoins through these integrations. Madeline joined the Benefits COE to support us with Benefits File Feeds (30+) in multiple countries when most had stopped working due to a system upgrade. She successfully created a comprehensive inventory of all file feeds (from scratch), built successful working relationships with the HRIS and IT teams, identify issues, set up a tracking log and managed to resolution over many months. She also set us up for success to continue to manage these file feeds with minimal intervention going forward. Madeline was a joy to work with and a valued extended member of our team.
