My bar is high and I don't leave reviews often, but when I do, they are well deserved. Leo, thank you! Another thing I like is that we have one point of contact for our customer success team at VistaVu. **What do you dislike about VistaVu Solutions?** The cost, along with the lack of historical knowledge, is disappointing. For example, I’m new to the company, and there is no solid, reliable documentation or training available from VistaVu regarding my company’s implementation of SAP—its customizations, the rationale behind them, and the intended workflow. As a result, learning the SAP system was both challenging and expensive, and the overall experience has been frustrating. Starting a new role, with a lean team, is tough enough without having to guess at SAP processes and workflows. There’s no one available to explain why we follow certain processes, or why we have what appears to be some inefficient, unscalable workflows. It also seems like we’re not utilizing SAP for everything it offers—but why? Nobody knows. There’s no documentation, etc. In practice, this seems to guarantee VistaVu perpetual training costs but does not leave me, the customer, feeling like I'm in a supported partnership. **Recommendations to others considering VistaVu Solutions:** Document everything and save it for your team, you must be involved, ask questions, understand rationale and make sure your VistaVu team does as well. There are certain tasks and fields when filling in information that is limiting. Also certain things cannot be corrected without making another entry. At the end, a second, less critical issue came up, which I accepted as-is and moved forward with deploying the form. Evrim stuck with the issue, though, and resolved it so that the form would display and print as needed. It is benefiting me because my company works with Boomi and we need it to work properly in order for us to be able to do our day to day functions. VistaVu plays a huge part in that. ### 48.
