"Excellent Customer Service & Great Value"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Vistaprint?

The quality is very consistent, whether it is T-Shirts, Door Hangers, or Yard Signs. The value is great and there are always promotions and deals for extra savings. When it comes to customizing Yard Signs or Door Hangers, there are almost no limits to what you can change on their pre-made templates, which is great. There are a lot of customization & template options which is important if small details are very important to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vistaprint?

The only downside is that there is a limited space on the T Shirts for your graphics. I also wish there were more long-sleeve shirt options with high quality fabrics. I would be willing to pay more for a higher quality cotton fabric for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and long sleeves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"They are a quick and easy and high-quality printing company"
4/5
What do you like best about Vistaprint?

I like the ability to quickly create event postcards to send out to clients and regardless of the options they always come out high-quality and never smeared or defective or ripped or torn. I also like the ability to be able to purchase business cards when we are low and being able to get a bulk discount when needed. If you’re not text savvy and you’re not sure about your technology skills, this company and their templates and easy step guides 123 , Are super helpful and gives you a good walk-through of the process from beginning to end. What do you dislike about Vistaprint?

I don’t have too many dislikes for Vista print but I will say their items are very high-quality. Maybe the customer service could be more responsive and it not always be a robot but outside of that I think the quality is there all around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate, fast, good quality and Vist Print is always offering discounts"
5/5
What do you like best about Vistaprint?

I love the variety of print options that fit most of our needs meaning we don't need to search for a bunch of different print providers.

We love being able to have a location to see and easily reorder designs that we have already purchased or made a mock-up of. They always have some promotional discount going on and reward you for being a loyal customer.

They haven't ever sent us something that was wrong or that needed to be changed. They always deliver on the date that they said they would if not earlier. It is so nice not to have to worry about items arriving on time and if they will be need to be recorded due to an error.

We love the ability to share a login across the team and send to different corporate locations as we need to. The checkout process makes it easy to confirm that you are sending to the correct location as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vistaprint?

Business cards are relatively slow to be delivered. I was there was a way to rush order at a cheaper cost. We use another source for promo products since they are really great about sending samples quickly and solving any issues with orders. There's a lot of trust built there so we haven't looked at their promotional products.

Some of the designs we love but a certain color can't be changed etc. That can be frustrating at times but there is a huge variety to choose from it can just be frustrating when you get set on a certain design but it won't work for you.

As you check out they try to sell in additional items which is just annoying as we typically have an exact item in mind when ordering and it just makes it more of a hassle to get to the check out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vistaprint is great for business supplies!"
5/5
What do you like best about Vistaprint?

Vistaprint has an easy portfolio setup where you can create a template (i.e. for business cards) and duplicate it for new prints. Their customer service is always on-par if you spot an error after the fact or need additional help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vistaprint?

Don't like the corporate account setup. It needs more options like the non-business accounts have in regards to being able to customize supplies but at corporate pricing. We order generic envelopes and letterhead through the corporate portal but the normal website for business cards and other supplies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent customer service"

What do you like best about Vistaprint?

Great products at reasonable prices, interesting add-on items, and amazing service. They once sent a batch of 500 business cards in which about 100 were misprinted (machine error). They resent an additional 500 cards on rush shipping at no cost to me, absolutely over the top service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vistaprint?

Sometimes the design options are lackluster and limited but you can get around this by uploading your own photo or psd and using your own designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast service, many printing options and great customer service! Discounts are great"

What do you like best about Vistaprint?

The templates and design options. Lots to choose from. Tons of printing options and paper, textures, etc. They seem to always add new items and offer sales. It's pretty easy to find anything and I really like the preview images if you need to show it to someone else to see how the final product will look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vistaprint?

Not being able to change sizes or types of business cards and keep the same info. You have to call to get them to do it. Not sure if that has changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good, easy-to-use online printing"
5/5
What do you like best about Vistaprint?

I have a background in graphic design, so I sometimes upload my own designs for print on Vistaprint. I've also used Vistaprint's templates on occasion. Both have been great quality, with rich color and quality paper. I do a lot of printing (online and locally), Vistaprint's pricing with coupons is usually unbeatable. Always, always use a coupon!

Customization options are good for both personal and professional use. There's a variety of paper sizes, finishes, weights, etc.

Another place where Vistaprint wins over other similar sites--there is no Vistaprint logo on your final product. Other sites slap their logo on without allowing you to remove it--no thanks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vistaprint?

Shipping on Vistaprint is kind of a racket, but use your coupon and you can recoup your costs and still come out okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Print Quality for a Deal!"
5/5
What do you like best about Vistaprint?

The print quality I’ve received through Vistaprint has been equal to that of competitors that are three times the price. I’ve been blown away by everything I’ve ordered from them. I started out with custom designed business cards when I was in college. I designed them in Photoshop and uploading the design the Vistaprint was a breeze. They have a variety of paper types to choose from and they have a few high quality options for heavy duty business cards that I liked. The colors were accurate after printing, and I was really satisfied with the clarity or the text as well. They have a lot of great templates to pick from if you don’t want to use your own custom design, but I’d recommend going custom if you’re able. You want your card to stand out from the crowd as much as possible when you’re using it to gain business. Although their templates offer a lot of customization, they’re still templates. However, remember that using their templates isn’t a bad thing either and it can be an awesome starting point for your business card, or whatever else you may be working on getting printed. I also really like their website. Their website functions well, looks good, and is really really really really really really easy to navigate. That’s BIG. We have older people at our office that sometimes need to go to Vistaprint to place orders and they’ve never had any issues doing so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vistaprint?

I think one thing that could be improved is the recommendations for other products to purchase after you’ve chosen one to actually buy. It’s kind of a borage of items with your design on it and sometimes it can feel like they are trying to force more purchases on you instead of a more gentle approach. I’ve had to scroll for what felt like ages to actually complete the purchase and get past items I wasn’t interested in. I do appreciate the mock-ups on other items as you never know if you may or may not want something until you see it, I just wish it was less overall. One other thing that I’d like to see from Vistaprint are even more paper types for cards and a plethora of unique sizes and shapes. There are a lot of people with interesting square, circular, octagonal, or other interesting shaped cards. It’s far more memorable to receive one of these cards than it is your standard business card. I’m more likely to keep it and look at it again if it was something I maybe haven’t ever seen before. This would be a great option in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
